In June 2018 we were invited to talk at the European Conference of Conservation Biology in Jyväskylä, Finland in June this year, where we also recorded interviews, and presentations.
The conference theme was 'planetary wellbeing' and also displayed some of the most recent and important research in conservation worldwide.
During Journecology's time at the conference, we produced a variety of outputs which you can see below, and also worked with a few local companies to bring this part of Finland to life through video. If you haven't already, make sure you pop along to the conference website, or more information.

WORKING IN FINLAND
During our time in Finland, and whilst on the subject of planetary wellbeing, we thought it suitable to team up with some responsible tour operators in the area to see what the local surroundings had to offer. We stumbled upon Lumak Adventures, owned by Jorge Machado, a fatbiking company offering survival and nature activities.
We spent two days with Jorge, filming the wildlife and biking activities, and produced a short film called Home.
